I don't know if you've tried it, but Woolworths sells "Puffed Corn" that is pretty good. It looks like popcorn, but without the hard kernelly bit and it is made from just plain corn that is puffed and dried. It's usually in the health food aisle in a big bag (large chip packet type size). James loves it and we had a friend recommend it to us as both of her kids love it too.
